Staging Rentals
‘Why would I need to rent things if you are using my existing furniture?’
In occupied staging, it is rare that you would be renting large furniture. That said, the secret sauce is in the smaller details like artwork, mirrors, lamps, florals, pillows, and small occasional chairs.
Occupied Staging utilizes existing furniture and decor as much as possible, however, impactful items like accessories, décor, and artwork may be needed to complete a stand-out look. Most people do not own a stockpile of neutral, yet lovely, decor items that will cater to a range of buyers. For the average person, it can be expensive and stressful to guesstimate artwork sizes and shop decor with an untrained eye.
Sassy Simplicity maintains a rental inventory of artwork and accessories to help finalize your home staging.
We love offering this service to clients because it is convenient. It's also less expensive than staging a fully vacant home.

Please email us to learn more, receive a quote, and schedule your project. Due to high demand, we recommend booking in advance—rental furnishing projects are currently fully booked 8 to 10 weeks out.
Our average project timeline for whole home staging requires 2 weeks of design, shopping, and preparations.
Then 2 to 3 days to install in-home.
